OVERVIEW
In this startup project I was designer and project manager. I had a team two frontend developers, backed and QA.
I oversaw the app's development and worked closely with the development team. I created wireframes, oversaw the visual design, and conducted user research. As the project manager, I set timelines, managed resources, and communicated regularly with stakeholders. My role was critical to the app's success.
MISSION
We want each child to have not a half-empty, formulaic, dusty baby album, but his own, individual, filled, and aesthetically pleasing baby album with the story of his growing up.
Tacti is a mobile app with a minimalist and user-friendly visual design that helps parents record, store, and print important moments of their child's growing up.
PERSONS
Based on surveys and interviews, a persona was created

I found several applications with similar functionality. I analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of each.
MIND MAP
Creating a mind map involves visually organizing related ideas or concepts by starting with a main theme in the center and branching out to subtopics or themes with keywords or images. The resulting mind map can be used as a reference or guide for design and development.
Hypothesis generation and prioritization
My team and I created and ranked potential solutions to problems based on criteria such as feasibility, impact, and resources required. The goal was to identify and develop solutions that effectively address the problem within the resources available.
